X7R貼片電容屬于EIA規(guī)定的Class 2類材料的電容。它的容量相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。
X7R貼片電容特性
· 具有較高的電容量穩(wěn)定性,在-55℃~125℃工作溫度范圍內(nèi),溫度特性為±15%。
· 層疊獨(dú)石結(jié)構(gòu),具有高可靠性。
· 優(yōu)良的焊接性和和耐焊性,適用于回流爐和波峰焊。
應(yīng)用于隔直、耦合、旁路、鑒頻等電路中。
